R. James Gorenflo, ASLA

Principal Planner

James (Jamie) is a principal planner and project manager who provides planning, zoning, design and landscape architecture assistance to several municipalities throughout southeastern lower Michigan.  He is responsible for the administration of zoning code for cities and townships, reviewing plans, providing development assistance to citizens and developers, and guiding applicants through the zoning process.  Jamie has worked for over 25 years in the field of land development from acquisition through entitlement and construction.

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Natural Resources in Environmental Behavior and Wildlife Biology degree from the University of Michigan. He also holds a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Michigan, School for Environment and Sustainability.
