“I find it most rewarding when my work gives people a collective confidence as they face an unpredictable future – to see communities achieving their goals when residents know that, together, they have created a concrete plan to improve the lives of their families, friends, and neighbors. On every project, the most gratifying part is simply talking to people to uncover the diverse needs and passions of their community.”
