Lori Morgan, AICP, is a Senior Planner with more than a decade of experience helping communities strengthen their multimodal transportation networks, guiding land use decisions, and creating more accessible, healthy, and vibrant places. Lori’s work includes comprehensive planning, active transportation and greenways planning, corridor studies, zoning and land development regulations, and data‑driven analysis. She has contributed to the development of multimodal accessibility tools, regional land use models, and a wide range of ordinance updates. As an active contributor to the planning profession, Lori has presented at statewide conferences on topics including active transportation, greenways and trails, public engagement, and the importance of modernized land use regulations.
Lori holds a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana‑Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Urban & Regional Planning from Michigan State University, with a minor in Geographic Information Science.
