Julie Haggerty

Julie brings over 10 years of human resources experience to McKenna. She has worked in many different sectors including education, healthcare, manufacturing, and distribution. She supports and facilitates the continued growth of McKenna through hiring, managing policies and practices, creating HR strategies, coaching, overseeing performance evaluations, and employee relations.

Julie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University. She is also a Certified Life Coach.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys the lakes and miles of walking trails near her home. Trips to Chicago, where one of her daughters lives, are a favorite weekend getaway. She also loves playing music trivia with her other daughter at a local brewery. More than anything, Julie values time with family and friends—no matter the activity, as long as there’s laughter.
