Senior Planner

Jane is an associate planner who prepares community master plans, neighborhood revitalization plans, parks and recreation plans, and provides communication guidelines, and facilitates community engagement.

Jane brings experience in public engagement, graphic design, and data analytics. Jane’s ability to multitask while maintaining remarkable focus ensures a smooth, organized project management style that produces strong relationships with City leadership. She has an intimate understanding of municipal management and excels at providing a balanced approach to development with an understanding of greater community vision. She is known for creating appealing and understandable documents that ease accessibility for residents. Jane has a passion for improving livability, economic viability, and creating vibrant downtowns using innovative planning and zoning techniques.

Jane holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Michigan Taubman College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Oakland University.
