Gage Belko, AICP

Gage serves communities through comprehensive planning for parks and recreation, neighborhood revitalization, transportation, and sustainability. He manages ongoing operations for several communities, administering boards and commissions, permitting processes, and directly interfacing with residents, business owners, and developers.

Gage is deeply interested in public participation, information accessibility, and urban design. He employs these interests to create thoughtful, thorough, and attractive plans while maintaining a strong sense of community vision. He is process-driven and values partnerships with local officials, community staff, and stakeholders, believing the best work comes from collaboration. Through his hands-on management style and willingness to do what it takes, he helps communities deliver exceptional products and services.

Gage holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan, Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning.
