Project Planner
Evan McCarthy
Evan is a Project Planner specializing in comprehensive planning, housing studies, community development, and active transportation systems. Through high impact data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and people-centered planning, he helps communities capitalize on what makes them unique as they grow into their future.
Evan is currently enrolled at Wayne State University in the Master’s in Urban Planning program, with emphasis on both Housing and Community Development and Managing Metropolitan Growth. Evan currently holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration, with an emphasis in Community Development and a Minor in Urban Planning. He also holds a GIS Certificate through Grand Valley State University.
Outside of work, he enjoys travelling to new places, biking, reading, and playing pick-up sports on Belle Isle.
