With a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning, specializing in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) from Eastern Michigan University, Donovan possesses a deep understanding of spatial analysis and data-driven decision-making in urban planning. Donovan’s contributions to numerous high-quality developments, comprehensive master plans, and preservation of historic districts have had a significant impact on communities.
