Carrie Bickner Zeldman

Carrie Bickner Zeldman is a communications strategist, writer, and former librarian with over 20 years of experience in messaging, digital storytelling, and public engagement. Her work spans institutions such as the New York Public Library and Pratt Institute, where she led digital initiatives and taught graduate courses in information strategy and public history.

Based in Southeast Michigan, Carrie focuses on brand voice and narrative strategy for organizations focused on community, place, and preservation. She holds a Master of Information and Library Science from the University of Michigan.
