Andrew Littman
Senior Planner
Andrew provides zoning assistance and other planning services to municipalities across the State of Michigan. Prior to joining McKenna, Andrew worked for four years at Gibbs Planning Group (in Birmingham, Michigan) where he managed the firm’s real estate advisory services and market research for cities and new town centers across the country. He also has experience as a real estate salesperson and working as an attorney in both private practice and for a Wayne County Circuit Court judge.
Andrew received his bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College (in Saratoga Springs, New York), law degree at the Ohio State University Moritz College of law, and also obtained a graduate certificate in real estate development from the University of Michigan. He is a licensed real estate salesperson, as well as a member of the State Bar of Michigan and American Planning Association.
