Paul specializes in planning and design of multimodal transportation systems, using strategies that reflect the values of people and their communities. Paul examines the interconnections between transportation design, living ecosystems, and economies.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Art from Hampshire College and a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Michigan.
